About Pulsaris AI

Pulsaris AI is a spin-off startup from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), founded in February 2025 and headquartered at the Si-Soft Research Center in the Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan.
Our team originates primarily from the EDA Lab in NYCU’s Department of Computer Science. We bring together professionals with experience from top-tier AI and EDA companies, as well as medalists from the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC).
With extensive expertise in AI and EDA technologies and practical applications, our team boasts a strong track record in industry-academia collaboration and product commercialization, backed by proven research achievements in AI-driven EDA.
Leveraging cutting-edge academic research and deep experiences in commercial EDA software design, we are re-architecting the core engine of AI-driven EDA using the world’s first AI models and algorithms.
