Founder
Chief Scientist
Dr. Yih-Lang Li
Dr. Yih-Lang Li is the founder and primary provider of core technology for Pulsaris AI and a professor at the Institute of Computer Science and Engineering at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU).
Prior to entering academia, Dr. Li worked at SpringSoft for several years, where he completed the design of DRC tool, established the automatic routing department and completed the design of a custom-based router. His academic research primarily focuses on Physical Design Automation and AI EDA. The research initiatives he has led—covering global routing, detailed routing, detailed placement, standard cell synthesis, PCB routing, and AI routing—were at the forefront. He has published 36 papers in top-tier EDA conferences. He has served as a Technical Program Committee member for premier EDA conferences, such as DAC and ICCAD, and as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on CAD journal.
Notably, his laboratory team is currently the only one in the world to have successfully developed a standard cell library synthesis system using complex, advanced industry process nodes. This system can automatically synthesize over 1,000 DRV-free cells with layout quality (area, delay, and power) comparable to commercial cell libraries.
Dr. Li maintains long-term industry-academia collaborations with globally renowned companies and organizations, including NVIDIA, Google, MediaTek (MTK), TSMC, M31, WNC, AnaGlobe, and ITRI. His technologies have been transferred to MediaTek, TSMC, M31, WNC, AnaGlobe, and Pulsaris AI, with cumulative technology transfer fees exceeding US$0.45M..

Chief Strategy Officer
Dr. Hsueh-Ling Yu
Previously served at the National Measurement Laboratory (NML), where multiple national metrology systems were overseen and several primary standard measurement facilities were successfully established. Representation for Taiwan in the field of photometry and radiometry was provided at major international meetings, including the Consultative Committee for Photometry and Radiometry (CCPR) and the APMP Technical Committee for Photometry and Radiometry (APMP TCPR). Successfully secured Taiwan’s status as a formal observer of the CCPR and facilitated its accession as an Associate Member of the International Commission on Illumination (CIE). In addition, service was rendered as Chair of the CIE Technical Committee TC2-75 and is currently provided as Chair of CIE TC2-94.
Chief Operating Officer
General Manager
Mr. Yi-Jen Su
Yi-Jen Su is an Electronic Design Automation (EDA) expert with over 30 years of experience in developing cutting-edge design tools and solutions for the semiconductor industry. His career began at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), where he co-developed a logic and fault simulator that laid the foundation for his future contributions to EDA technology.
He later served as CAD Manager at Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS), where he built advanced EDA design flows and introduced state-of-the-art tools to enhance efficiency and quality. At E-Team/SpringSoft, he played a pivotal role as Product Manager for Debussy (later renamed Verdi), one of the industry’s most widely adopted HDL debugging tools.
As the Co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of AnaGlobe Technology, Yi-Jen Su has been at the forefront of EDA innovation for more than a decade. AnaGlobe’s tools are trusted by global semiconductor leaders, including TSMC, NVIDIA, Xilinx, Marvell, MediaTek, ASE, SK hynix, etc.
